1)	Do I need to call you to check availability on Guaranteed Stock List (GSL) liftgates? Our guarantee is that every GSL liftgate is in stock and available when you place an order.

2)	How soon will a GSL liftgate ship? Your order is guaranteed to be available at the warehouse and ready for will-call or shipment within 24 hours.

3)	What if the GSL model I order is not in stock? We will do our best to keep the GSL models in stock at all times. In the unlikely event that a GSL model is out of stock, Tommy Gate Company will pay an Out-of-Stock Penalty (OSP) to the distributor who made the order.

4)	If a GSL liftgate is out of stock, will I still receive an OSP payment if I do not place an order or if I cancel an order? No. You must place an order to be eligible for an OSP payment. When you take delivery of the liftgate and after you settle the invoice, you will receive the OSP payment.

5)	I need to order seven of the same GSL part number. I know you only guarantee immediate availability of up to five - will I have to wait on two liftgates to get my complete order? A maximum of five of any single part number are guaranteed to be in stock per day. For an order of more than five, you may need to wait for a regular shipment, but if we can fill the entire order at once, we will.

6)	What if I order two different GSL part numbers and neither liftgate is available? You would receive $200; a $100 OSP payment for each part number.

7)	I order two liftgates: one GSL model and one model not on the GSL. The GSL liftgate is in stock, but other is not. I want both gates to ship at the same time. Do I get an Out-of-Stock Penalty payment? The Stock Guarantee only covers the models listed on the GSL, regardless of other models in the order. We would pay no OSP since the GSL liftgate is in stock and available.
