Guaranteed Stock List models will be available to ship or will-call from the specified
Warehouse within twenty-four (24) hours (Tommy Gate Company's business hours).

Stock is guaranteed for up to three (3) liftgates of each part number per day, per
distributor. |

3) |
Tommy Gate Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Guaranteed Stock
program without obligation or prior notice and is the final arbiter for the program. |
